FAQ


  1. How do I get my picture onto the site?

    You can upload your pictures directly from your computer. If your profile is created and you cannot upload your photos, please read question 2 and 3 for help. If this still doesn't work, you may email your photos to help@votefilipina.com and we can post it for you.


  2. The system won't take my picture! How do I get it to work?

    Make sure that your picture is under 200K. Also, if you have disabled your browser from accepting cookies, you need to enable cookies.


  3. When I try to submit a picture, I get a "Page not found" or "Server not found" error. What's wrong?

    This probably means that your picture is taking too long to upload. Your file might be too big. You should make your file smaller.


  4. My friend put her picture on the site. Is there any way I can find it without looking through pictures randomly?

    Yes, you can use "Search People" link and find your friend by name, age, or rating.


  5. Can I get contact info for someone I saw on the site?

    This feature is free for a limited time, you can email them directly from your account (use email link).


  6. Can I change my name that shows up in the notes section?

    Nope, sorry!


  7. How are messages sent?

    Messages are sent through our messaging system.


  8. When does my picture appear on the website?

    You must submit your profile after you added your photo and personal info to make your account active.


  9. How do I change my introduction, location, age, or orientation?

    Login and click on Edit Account.


  10. How is the rank determined?

    Highest score are ranked first and ties are broken by number of votes.


  11. What are the contest Terms and Conditions?

    Entrants must be aged between 18 and 24 at the time of entering, and must live in the Philippines. Any member who tries to cheat the voting system will be automatically disqualified and may be deleted from our site without notice. Nude photos will not be permitted and males please do not enter. Any breach of these requirements will result in disqualification. Proof of age and address may be required.

    Employees of VoteFilipina.com and their families and anyone else connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

    Once VoteFilipina has 100 members we will analyze all valid votes and choose a winner each month. Must be on the site for 60 days to be eligible to win.

    The VoteFilipina editor’s decision is final.
